LIA BEAUTY X HAIR is committed to delivering your luxury hair experience with care and efficiency. 

SHIPPING

All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality before shipment. 

We ship all items via UPS and FedEx, with estimated delivery within 1-4 business days after your order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available. 

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, LIA BEAUTY X HAIR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. LIA BEAUTY X HAIR is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. 

Once a package is marked delivered, LIA BEAUTY X HAIR is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting UPS or FedEx directly for assistance. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we accept refunds only under specific circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused in its original packaging with the tags attached and free from any odors, damages or alterations. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved funds will be sent to issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by LIA BEAUTY X HAIR.

LIA BEAUTY X HAIR does not offer exchanges. We encourage our customers to carefull review their selections before placing an order. 

Damages or Incorrect Orders

If your received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@itsliabeauty.com with clear photos. We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
