Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we accept refunds only under specific circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging with the tags attached, and free of odors, damage, or alterations. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved funds will be sent to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by LIA BEAUTY X HAIR.

LIA BEAUTY X HAIR does not offer exchanges. We encourage our customers to carefully review their selections before placing an order.
